Account for registered capital

Special type of current account for paying up or increasing the amount of the company’s registered capital. The account is intended for public limited companies and limited liability companies.

Description

• Intended for depositing registered capital before incorporation (registration in the Companies Register) or for increasing the amount of registered capital; 
• Disposition of the funds on the account is only allowed if incorporation costs or the costs of increasing the registered capital are to be paid or the capital contributions are to be returned.
• The accounts are maintained in CZK, USD, EUR

Conditions for opening the account

• Original or authenticated copy of the Memorandum of Association
• Articles of Association in the form of notarial record, signed by all founders
