Attorneies Account

This account is designed for public notaries providing notary services in the Czech Republic.
It is used for the deposit of clients' finances into the notary's custody, on the basis of a special custodian contract. These finances are kept separately from the notary's normal entrepreneurial account.

Requirements for account opening

This account can be opened by notaries with a valid notary license.

• Letter of appointment from the Ministry of Justice  
• Authorization to act as a public notary, together with an extract from the Notary Chamber's registry
