Investment loans

Investment loans are intended for purchases of tangible and intangible investment property – buildings, including their acquisition, machinery, equipment, means of transport, etc.
They are provided as short-term, medium-term and long-term loans.

The loan is paid off in contracted installments, as the bank does its best to meet the wishes of the client and to customize the repayment plan according to the client's needs.

Loan advantages:

• the amount of the loan is not limited – it depends on the total volume of the investment
• the repayment period can be extended to up to 10 years
• can be used to refinance any previously realized investment which can be duly documented (dating back a maximum of 12 months)
