Payment cards

We offer a wide range of debit payment cards from two largest international card associatons – MasterCard and VISA – which allow you comfortable access to your finances. You can use your payment cards to withdraw money from ATMs and to pay in stores in the Czech Republic and abroad.

The possibility of using payment cards is indicated by identification stickers placed on ATMs, at teller windows, in stores and restaurants, etc., or anywhere you can use your card to pay bills or withdraw money.

Note: Our bank provides payment cards to its clients by way of a contractual relationship with Československá obchodní banka, a.s., whose logo is shown on the payment cards.

• Payments for goods and services on the internet (apart from the Maestro card)
• Payments to mobile phone operators via ATMs of  Československá obchodní banka, a.s. - re-charging of pre-paid phone cards (Twist, O2 karta and Vodafone karta) and other payments (Vodafone) made via ATMs of  Československá obchodní banka, a.s.

Insurance against loss or theft of payment cards
Payment card insurance as a form of protection in case of loss of the card. Applies to unauthorized use of the payment card in the event of its loss.

Travel insurance provided with embossed payment cards, credit cards and electronic cards, designed for individuals travelling abroad. The insurance may also be used by their family members.
